Dent Repair ("we," "us," "our"), handles information in connection with our text
messaging (SMS) program.

Information we collect. When you text our business number, we collect your mobile
phone number, the content of your messages (including any photos you send), and the
information you provide about your vehicle and service request.

How we use it. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry — to
collect vehicle details and damage photos, answer your questions, schedule service,
and follow up about your request. Messages are handled by an automated assistant with
staff oversight.

We do not sell your information, and no mobile information will be shared with third
parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information
only with service providers that help us operate the messaging program (such as our
messaging platform), and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

Data retention. We keep message data only as long as needed to provide service and
meet our record-keeping and legal obligations, then delete it.
